Rwanda, Congo D.R., Angola and Sudan
No where is AIDS more devastating to teens than in Africa. No where else are youth more at risk from life threatening civil wars, violence against females, famine, genocide and extreme poverty than in the sub equatorial region of the heart of the African continent. And now, AIDS is spreading faster among teens who lack medically accurate prevention education to avoid HIV transmission.
TeenAIDS has a positive plan of attack to stop teen HIV. Dr. John Chittick has developed key training techniques based on his Harvard doctoral research and real world experiences in over 80 countries He is going to share these best practices with teens and youth groups to train young peer educators. He has previously trained 250,000 volunteer peer teachers in communities on all six continents.
From the comfort of your home, office, school or laptop, you can participate in this amazing humanitarian mission. Through cyberspace, join “Dr. John,” the pioneer in world outreach to teens, when he personally trains 10,000 African youth to fight HIV/AIDS. From that group of empowered volunteers, the AIDS message will reach millions of vulnerable youth. You can participate interactively in the fall via our website: www.teenaids.org where you can read Dr. John’s daily blogs and view live and posted videos on You Tube.
To make this happen, we need the support of good people like yourself and businesses. TO MAKE A TAX-DEDUCTIBLE DONATION: Use our secure online service at www.teenaids.org or send check or money order to TeenAIDS-PeerCorps, P.O. Box 7114, Fitchburg, MA 01420 USA.
