Dr. John is back in his Hawaiian shirts because the
weather is warmer. Today he talks about the problem with the severe
budget cuts across the U.S. of HIV/AIDS prevention education in the
name of "budget cutting." He says that is wrong because denying
youth the full medical facts will result in more deaths by AIDS. He
stresses that he tells teens abstinence is a worthy goal, but he
blasts those narrow-minded people who support abstinence-only-before
-marriage. Check out Dr. John's philosophy: ABCs of AIDS on te front
page. Today, he talks with Amanda, Tony, Brian, Victoria and Johanne.
